SUPREME COURT DROPS BOMBSHELL JUDGMENT ON PDP!

Busybody Family, the wait is over! The Supreme Court has just delivered its final verdict on the messy leadership crisis rocking the PDP, and it’s a massive blow to the Ibadan Convention group. If you thought the drama was over, think again!
The Big Verdict: Ibadan Convention Nullified!
In a high-stakes split decision (3 to 2), the Apex Court has officially voided and nullified the PDP National Convention held in Ibadan last November.
The court ruled that the convention was held in "flagrant disobedience" of a subsisting court order that had told the party to pause.
Justice Stephen Adah slammed the Turaki-led faction for "forum shopping" basically running to a different court in Ibadan to get a "yes" after an Abuja court had already said "no".
Who is Sacked?
Taminu Turaki (SAN): His election as National Chairman is now legally non-existent. The court has barred him and his team from parading themselves as national officers.
The court also upheld the suspension of Samuel Anyanwu and other key officials, effectively stripping them of their titles.
Who is Leading Now?
The Supreme Court’s decision effectively restores the Caretaker Committee led by Ambassador Iliya Damagum Abdulrahman and Senator Samuel Anyanwu (prior to the invalid convention) as the only recognized leadership until a proper convention is held.
Nyesom Wike has already reacted, saying the judgment has "ended the factional crisis" and confirmed the party's unity, though the other side might not see it that way!.
Is this the end of the road for the Makinde/Turaki faction, or do they have another card to play? 🧐
Do you think this judgment finally gives Wike's camp total control of the party?
