Win Your Council For APC Or Be Sacked - Gov Nwifuru Warns New Ebonyi LG Chairmen

Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru, has issued a strong warning to the newly inaugurated Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the state’s 13 Local Government Areas.

Speaking on Tuesday, September 1, during the inauguration in Abakaliki, the governor said any council chairman who fails to deliver his area to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2027 elections will be removed from office and replaced.
